If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple or Google — we don't have access to view or modify them.

What you'll need to do:

For Apple App Store subscriptions:

• Manage your subscription: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Request refunds or resolve billing issues: https://support.apple.com

For Google Play subscriptions:

• Manage your subscription: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions
• Request refunds or resolve billing issues: https://support.google.com/googleplay
