How Do I Use the Mock Draft Simulator?

The Mock Draft Simulator lets you practice drafting against AI opponents so you can prep your strategy before the real thing.

How to access it

Open the Dynasty Nerds app or go to app.dynastynerds.com. Look for Mock Drafts in the home screen or navigation menu.

Setting up a mock draft

Before your draft starts, choose your settings:

  • Draft type — Startup or Rookie draft
  • Scoring format — PPR, Half-PPR, Superflex, etc.
  • Number of teams — 8 to 12
  • Number of rounds
  • Your draft position

Once you start, AI opponents auto-pick based on current Average Draft Position (ADP) data.

During the draft

  • Make your picks when it’s your turn
  • Toggle any pick between manual and AI-controlled mode if you want to simulate a specific spot
  • Pause at any time and come back later
  • Hit Reset to start over with the same settings

  • Requires Dynasty Nerds Premium
  • ADP data is updated regularly — rankings reflect current consensus values
