My Subscription Is Not Showing in the App

If your Dynasty Nerds Premium subscription is not showing in the app, here is how to fix it based on where you subscribed.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

Tap Restore Purchases in the app settings. This re-checks your subscription status with Apple or Google and should update right away.

Subscribed on the Dynasty Nerds website?

Make sure you are logged into the app with the same email address you used when you signed up on the website. Your Premium access is tied to your email — if the addresses do not match, the app will not recognize your subscription.

You can check your account at dynastynerds.com/account-settings/.

Just purchased? Give it a moment

New subscriptions can take a few minutes to sync. Force quit the app and reopen it, then check again.

Website not showing Premium after subscribing through the app?

App subscriptions (purchased via Apple or Google) and website subscriptions are managed separately. To access Premium on the website and web app, you will need a website subscription at dynastynerds.com/go-premium/.
