How Can I Renew a Lapsed Subscription?

If your account subscription lapsed and you would like to restart it then you will need to sign up for a new subscription. PayPal does not allow you to pause and restart the subscription through the site. 

If you were supposed to be grandfathered in at the original pricing please contact support and we will look into the account. This does not guarantee you will be able to sign back up for the same price if the account has lapsed for longer than 30 days.
