Why Are My Leagues Not Syncing?

If your league(s) show up in the app, but your most recent rosters/draft picks aren't reflected

First, try to refresh your leagues

  • You can do this using the refresh icon on the app homepage at the top-right just above 'Your Leagues'
  • Give that a few seconds to spin and finish spinning, indicating your leagues have been refreshed

If that doesn't work, try removing your league host account and re-adding it

  • You can do this by navigating to the 'Accounts' tab on the app homepage
  • Then tap the 'Edit' (pencil) icon at the top right corner of your league host card
  • Next, tap the 'Delete' (trashcan) icon and finally 'Remove' to remove your league host
  • Finally, tap 'Add New', select your league host, and enter your login credentials
  • Give the app a few seconds to load all your leagues

If you're still having issues

  • Please contact support, and include the league host(s) and specific league(s) you're having issues with, as well as what you're exact issue is.

If your league(s) don't show up in the app at all

There are three primary reasons leagues don't show up in the app when syncing your league host account:

  1. Your league hasn't yet completed its start-up draft
  2. Your league hasn't yet rolled over into the current year
  3. Your league host sync needs a refresh

If your issue falls into category 1 or 2, you'll need to wait for your startup draft to complete (certain league hosts only) or ask your commish to roll your league over into the current year.


If your issue falls into category 3, try the following...


First, try to refresh your leagues
