My PayPal Payment Failed. What Should I Do?

If your payment through PayPal fails, don't worry! Here's what you need to do to recover your account:


  1. Log into your PayPal account and update your default payment method with a valid credit card.
  2. PayPal will then make three more attempts to process your payment within 15 days, with each attempt spaced five days apart.
  3. If all three attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
  4. If you need immediate access to your account, you can cancel your current subscription and create a new one through the My Account Page.
  5. If you were previously enrolled in a subscription with a grandfathered pricing plan, contact us directly and we'll help you set up a new subscription with the same pricing plan.
