My PayPal Payment Failed. What Should I Do?
If your payment through PayPal fails, don't worry! Here's what you need to do to recover your account:
- Log into your PayPal account and update your default payment method with a valid credit card.
- PayPal will then make three more attempts to process your payment within 15 days, with each attempt spaced five days apart.
- If all three attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled.
- If you need immediate access to your account, you can cancel your current subscription and create a new one through the My Account Page.
- If you were previously enrolled in a subscription with a grandfathered pricing plan, contact us directly and we'll help you set up a new subscription with the same pricing plan.
