App Crash Troubleshooting
Sorry to hear the app is crashing! Try these steps in order:
Step 1: Force close and reopen the app
- iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe the app away
- Android: Tap the Recent Apps button and swipe the app away
Step 2: Check for app updates
An outdated version of the app is one of the most common causes of crashes. Open the App Store or Google Play and make sure you have the latest version installed.
Step 3: Clear the app cache (Android)
On Android: go to Settings > Apps > Dynasty Nerds > Storage > Clear Cache. This does not delete your account or data.
Step 4: Restart your device
A full device restart clears memory issues that can cause apps to crash.
Step 5: Check your OS version
The Dynasty Nerds app requires a reasonably current version of iOS or Android. If your operating system is significantly out of date, updating it may resolve the issue.
Step 6: Reinstall the app
Delete the app and reinstall it fresh from the App Store or Google Play. Your account data is safe — just log back in when reinstalling.
